The Rainspan system is fully tested and has been developed as a robust,interlocking, insulated panel, with long fire鈥恟ated spans andan ease of installation that creates a quick, weathertight building envelope.This is the perfect structural support for the TellingArchitectural ArGeTon facade. The system blends together the benefits of acomposite panel and a rainscreen application to provide greater freedom forarchitectural expression. The panel is finished with an external flat profilecreating an 鈥榠n鈥恜lane鈥� surface to receive the facade carrier.
The system has been put through its paces both in terms of weather and air tightness testing to Centre for Window and Cladding Technology [CWCT] standards and the rigorous performance requirements of BS476 Part 22 fire resistance test. On both counts the Rainspan ArGeTon system passed and achieved excellent CWCT results with an impressive two hours fire resistance.
