Eric Wright Construction and sister company Maple Grove Developments will begin work on the Pioneer Place leisure complex in Burnley town centre.
The 拢23m scheme includes a seven-screen cinema, five retail and leisure units plus a 226-space car park. Construction is expected to be completed in late summer 2023 for an autumn opening.
Pioneer Place has secured funding from Burnley Borough Council and Lancashire County Council, the government鈥檚 Getting Building Fund administered by Lancashire Enterprise Partnership (LEP), and clothing retailer Boohoo, Burnley鈥檚 largest employer.
