鈥淎s electrical contractors are the front line troops who will be responsible for installing much of this technology, it is encouraging that Government has stipulated that under the terms of the Scheme only 鈥榓ppropriately qualified installers鈥� will be allowed to install energy-saving technology.鈥澛�
鈥淲e believe that this Scheme is vital to helping the UK meet its tough energy efficiency targets and will play a pivotal role in driving the retrofitting agenda, as well as stimulating economic growth and creating new jobs. 鈥澛犅�
