Richard Marriott, head of lenders and investors for EC Harris in Asia said: 鈥淒avid鈥檚 knowledge of the region and diverse experience across a host of different infrastructure sectors will make him a real asset when it comes to advising clients on complex issues including how to ensure multi-billion pound infrastructure schemes remain commercially viable and deliver a secure level of return.鈥

Stollard added: 鈥淪outheast Asia is seeing a massive demand for infrastructure development across the water, transportation and energy sectors. However, there can be a high level of risk with schemes of this nature in the region, so investors will want to see thorough evidence of how these issues can be mitigated before committing capital."
