Crocodile will continue to manufacture its systems but from 1 October 2013 Sylva Group becomes the exclusive supplier of the Crocodile Timber Frame system. Crocodile鈥檚 eight-strong project delivery team is joining Sylva.
A separate manufacturing agreement between the two companies will see them work together to provide a continuation of customer service.
Crocodile will continue to provide sub-contract supply-only manufacturing services for timber wall panel, floor and roof cassettes and Mitek Posi-Joists.
Sylva said it would benefit from an increase in design and operational capacity.
