The framework offers social housing landlords a framework to meet their requirements for elemental replacement works, running alongside Efficiency North鈥檚 installers鈥� framework to provide more options for members.
Added social value measures that are embedded include a requirement on framework contractors to offer a minimum of two full time training opportunities per 拢1m project value spent through the framework.
