The project is to construct a new five storey research facility with 11,260m虏 gross internal floor area and 7,015m虏 net internal area. Work is expected to take 26 months to complete.
The new faculty building will link to the existing sports centre with a shared atrium. The project also involves construction of a separate two-storey Energy Centre, providing power to the Health & Life Science department.
