Bob Vickers was a director in Carillion Construction Services. He previously worked in senior roles at Wimpey Construction, Morrison, Anglian Water Group (AWG), Gleeson Building and Balfour Beatty.
He replaces Stephen Martin, who is taking up the post of director general at the Institute of Directors in February after 10 years as Clugston鈥檚 chief executive.
