The work for Circle Housing Group will be broken up over several regions and projects in London, the southeast and East Anglia with projects ranging in value from under 拢1m to more than 拢10m. The total value could potentially reach up to 拢1bn, Cicle said.
Contractors have until 15 April to complete prequalification questionnaires.

It鈥檚 really important to us to have a range of large and small contractors that we can work with, and we鈥檙e particularly keen to hear from local contractors.鈥
Circle is one of the UK鈥檚 largest providers of affordable housing, with 65,000 homes among its partners. 聽Partners include South Anglia Housing, Wherry Housing Association, Old Ford Housing Association, Circle 33 Housing Trust, Merton Priory Homes, Mole Valley Housing Association, Mercian Housing Association, Roddons Housing Association and Russet Homes.
