The project for HSW Nominees and Asian Pacific Group includes the development of 2.7ha of public open space for markets and festivals; a 164 room, 5-star hotel; a new convention and exhibition centre; refurbishment of existing buildings to accommodate restaurants and caf茅s; and a two-level basement car park for around 360 vehicles.
Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2017 and be completed by mid-2018.
