The machines joining Chepstow鈥檚 fleet include A25G to A40G articulated dump trucks, L45H to L250H wheeled loaders and EC220E to EC750E excavators.
Volvo branded machines now account for more than half of Chepstow鈥檚 fleet, said managing director John Corcoran. 鈥淚t is a false economy to buy low-cost plant and equipment,鈥� he said.
He added: 鈥淲orking closely with our clients, we have seen a gradual shift in our fleet requirement towards the heavier end of the market,鈥� he adds. 鈥淲e are already running Volvo EC700 excavators and based on their performance, we鈥檙e looking forward to getting two new EC750s.鈥�
