Mr Anderson has moved to head up the contractor鈥檚 International Rail business.
Mr Bullock, who has a management accountancy background,聽joined Balfour Beatty Rail in May 2012 as operations improvement director. His previous 15 jobs include managing director of the Freedom Group, Heathrow Airport, Select Plant Hire and 24seven Utility Services, CEO of SolarTech, and management positions at TXU Europe, Exel Logistics, Hays and NFC
Balfour Beatty said that the management changes would 鈥渁llow Balfour Beatty Rail to continue ensuring that we continue to offer our customers the best possible solutions at a time of significant rail infrastructure investment鈥�.
