The 43-week project will see Chalcroft convert three barns into three four-bedroom properties and construct new two storey extensions to the existing cottage as part of its refurbishment at the site in East Winch, King鈥檚 Lynn.
The dwellings, one of which is a single-storey building, will then be handed over to Texel Capital Ltd for sale on the open market.
Andy Hardy, contracts manager at Chalcroft, commented: 鈥淲e鈥檝e carried out a number of housing projects, including refurbishments and extensions, and are delighted to have been appointed by Texel Capital Ltd.
鈥淥ur knowledge and experience ensures that a very high build standard is achieved within the agreed time.鈥
Chalcroft is re-using as many materials as possible on the project. Concrete slabs that have been taken up are being graded for use in the road construction, and other materials, including bricks, carstone and chalk are being saved for possible use.
