Canada lets SNC-Lavalin continue bidding pending fraud outcome

11 Dec 15 SNC-Lavalin has signed an agreement under Canada’s new integrity regime, which will allow it to continue bidding on government work pending the outcome of federal fraud and corruption charges.

Signing an administrative agreement with the government鈥檚 Public Services & Procurement division allows companies that have federal charges pending against them to continue to win work.

Compliance with the administrative agreement allows it to continue to bid on and win contracts to provide procurement goods and services to all Canadian government departments and agencies, in Canada and abroad, until the final conclusion of the charges.
