Disney/Pixar gave Bangerter Homes permission to construct the replica and feature it in its 2011 showcase of homes.
The house is being decorated to reflect the 1950s. 鈥淚f you have seen it in the movie, you鈥漧l see it in real life in the home,鈥� said Adam Bangerter.
It will be open for public viewing as part of the company's Salt Lake Parade of Homes in Utah from 29 July to 14 August.
