BRE does deal for BIM training in New Zealand

Branz will deliver BIM training courses as a host partner of the BRE Academy, which is part of the BRE Group. The new partnership is intended to build on the working relationship that BRE and Branz have had over many years as well as to support work Branz is doing in collaboration with government and industry in New Zealand.

BRE Academy director Pauline Traetto said: 鈥淲e are delighted to be working with Branz to deliver a BIM education programme which is specifically tailored to meet and support adoption of BIM in the New Zealand market. At the BRE Academy we pride ourselves on being able to adapt our science based content and knowledge to meet specific local market requirements. I look forward to working with Branz, now and in the future, to understand how the education programme has benefitted and enabled the execution of BIM within the sector.鈥

The BIM education programme is part of an ongoing collaboration between key construction industry groups and the New Zealand government to increase the adoption of BIM and realise the productivity gains it has to offer.
