The project is part of the 拢3.7bn Canning Town and Custom House regeneration in the London Borough of Newham, to provide a new town centre and link to the existing facilities on Barking Road.
Bouygues Development is the project developer and main contractor is sister company Bouygues UK.
Designed by John McAslan + Partners, Hunter Associates and Associated Architects, phase two will provide additional shops, restaurants, a hotel and residential flats providing approximately 350 new homes (home ownership, private rental and social housing).

Handover is scheduled for 2017.
Hallsville Quarter is one of London鈥檚 biggest regeneration programmes and is being developed in five phases. It will include the construction of roughly 1,100 new homes, more than 30,000m虏 of leisure and retail premises and more than 3,000m虏 of community amenities.
