Barnwood has been contracted to put up a state of the art office building, capable of housing laboratories, and with roof terrace, comprising 5,713 m2 on Plot 12 of the park.
Barnwood Construction was appointed following a competitive tender process. Construction will start on 20 February 2017 with completion due in March 2018.
The client鈥檚 team includes Bogle Architects, Carter Jonas, and Horstonbridge Development Management.

The Oxford Science Park is owned and managed by Magdalen College, University of Oxford.
