Eco World Ballymore is planning to build London City Island on a 12 acre site across the River Lea from Canning Town. The residential development of 1,145 houses and flats will be connected to Canning Town by a new footbridge installed last year. [.]
At the centre of the development will be the new headquarters of the English National Ballet, which has committed to move from its current Kensington home.
