The US$39m (拢23m) project consists of an eight-storey, 18,500m2 core and shell office building near Union Station.
It is Balfour Beatty鈥檚 second project for Republic Properties Corporation. The new contract for 660 North Capitol Street, NW, is the second phase of the project. Balfour Beatty completed the first phase in 2006, and has been providing budgeting and preconstruction services for this second phase during the past eight years.

Construction is scheduled to begin this month with completion expected in January 2016. 聽
