Both institutions will collaborate on research, innovation and the development of technologies in the sector. Priorities will focus on developing renewable energy systems for application in electrification, energy optimisation, improvement of systems and internationalisation of equipment.
Adif president Enrique Verdeguer and Balfour Beatty Rail Iberica CEO Sobr贸n Valentine signed a collaboration agreement for research and development that will see Balfour Beatty Balfour Beatty Rail Ib茅rica work with Adif at Adif鈥檚 Rail Technology Centre in the Andalusian technology park in Malaga.
