Gavin Russell has been with Balfour Beatty since 2014 in finance roles, most recently as finance director of Balfour Beatty鈥檚 major projects, highways and investments businesses.
As chief executive of Balfour Beatty Investments, he takes responsibility for the a 拢1.1bn portfolio of infrastructure assets across the UK and USA. He also joins the group executive committee.
