The LTM 1500-8.1 has been taken with top specification and optional extras including reversing camera. The seven-section, electronically controlled main boom extends to 84m and is augmented by a 91m luffing lattice fly jib. The fly jib can be attached at inclinations of 83掳, 75掳 and 67掳.
Maximum hook height is 145m and it can lift loads out to a radius of 108m.
The crane also uses Liebherr鈥檚 Y-boom guying system to give聽the boom added lateral stability when at angles close to vertical. It gives the crane聽added capacity at both reach and height.
