'The Tower鈥� at Dubai Creek Harbour. will be the focal point of a major new residential and leisure development. Calatrava who is leading the design and engineering work for the project, which has been commissioned by Dubai-based Emaar Properties.
Plans for the US$1bn (拢700m) tower were announced in April. The final height has not yet been given, (link opens in new tab).
