The drum cutter attachments are used primarily in construction and demolition and for quarries and tunnels.

The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first quarter of this year.
The business will become part of the Construction Tools division in Atlas Copco鈥檚 Construction Technique business area.
