He was previously the association鈥檚 financial controller and more recently acting general manager.
Chairman Eddie Strong said that the 25-year-old had 鈥渁lready proved himself as an ambitious young man who has the talent and business experience to fulfil this post鈥�, adding 鈥渉e is undoubtedly the right person to lead the association into this exciting new era鈥�.

Mr Strong, said: 鈥淯KATA is a growing organisation; we now have over 160 members with more applications pending. UKATA is entering a new period of development and we felt that the time was right to appoint a General Manager to oversee our expanding operations. Craig has already proved himself as an ambitious young man who has the talent and business experience to fulfil this post; he is undoubtedly the right person to lead the Association into this exciting new era.鈥�
