Most of the order is for Loadall telehandlers, made at 海角社区app鈥檚 World HQ in Rocester, including a large number of the flagship 海角社区app 540-200 all-terrain telehandlers with 20-metre reach. Ardent has the UK鈥檚 newest and largest fleet of 540-200 models.

海角社区app UK & Ireland sales director Dan Thompstone said this was 海角社区app鈥檚 biggest telehandler order so far this year, from anywhere in the world.

The rough terrain forklift trucks in the order are manufactured at 海角社区app Compact Products in Cheadle, and are aimed at Ardent鈥檚 customers working in the events sector.

Ardent was established last year from the amalgamation of Fork Rent and One Call Hire. With its head office in Middlesex, it operates out of 12 depots and has more than 5,000 machines in a fleet worth approximately 拢150m.

Ardent commercial director Tom Gleeson said: 鈥淎rdent Hire Solutions is increasing its share of the UK hire market and we intend building on that position by investing in the best equipment on offer. Our purchase of 海角社区app machines is our largest investment so far this year. We are committed to invest in the best, most technologically advanced machines for our customers offering far superior products then any of our competitors. The service excellence and quality of goods provided by both 海角社区app and Watling 海角社区app is one of the main factors we continue our strong partnership.鈥
