Customers can now select and reserve machines online from AFI鈥檚 website, and check 鈥榣ive鈥� availability to ensure that reservations can be fulfilled. A 鈥榣ive chat鈥� function is available for any queries.
New customers can open a trading account online, while existing account holders can register with the new service by creating a secure username and password.
AFI director Nick Selley said: 鈥淲e believe that many of the features we鈥檝e included are a first in the UK for a powered access hire company. This includes simple functions such as order history, which is offered by most online retailers. We recently had feedback from our customers that they would welcome a simple and easy to use online service, so we worked quickly to make it happen.鈥�
