Neom is a so-called 鈥榮mart鈥� city planned for development in Tabuk province, northwest Saudi Arabia.
Aecom鈥檚 role will include oversight of masterplanning, design and construction services, through to testing, commissioning, and 鈥渙perational readiness, activation and transition鈥� 鈥� also known as ORAT.
