Under the new strategic partnership, A-Plant hire centres will offer Topcon鈥檚 machine control systems as well as site surveying equipment.
A-Plant has been providing Topcon survey kits from its Survey Hire Express division for the past 18 months. With addition of Topcon鈥檚 machine control systems, customers can now use A-Plant as a single supply source for site survey, setting out and machine control instrumentation.
Topcon channel development manager Simon Crowhen said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 a logical progression for A-Plant鈥檚 customers to be able to hire our survey and machine control instruments from one place. A-Plant will also offer training in use of the equipment and its customers will have access to Topcon鈥檚 services for equipment installation and support.
