Wates has set up a new office in Liverpool after winning several contracts in the city.
The contractor will employ 15 staff at its new base.
Wates built the 拢31m North Liverpool Academy and is currently constructing the 拢19.5m Mount Pleasant Campus for Liverpool John Moores University, and the 拢13m central teaching laboratory for the University of Liverpool.
