Laing O'Rourke has been awarded a 拢23m contract to build an education building at Parc Nantgarw, Cardiff, for further education college Coleg Morgannwg.
Construction of the 12,500m2 building, part of the college's ongoing campus expansion, is scheduled to run for 18 months.
Laing O'Rourke saw off seven other contractors to win the deal.
