The London Borough of Harrow has awarded a 拢150m construction framework contract to Apollo.
The framework covers the design, construction, contract management, and related areas of property based works across the council's asset and investment portfolio.
The original five-year contract had been awarded to Kier in 2007, but Harrow decided to re-tender at the turn of the year.
Apollo saw off four other bidders to clinch the contract.
