Willmott Dixon Partnerships has got a five year deal 鈥� which could be extended to 20 years and be worth 拢190m 鈥� to deliver repairs to more than 20,000 Affinity Sutton homes across London and the southeast.
Affinity Sutton is using a wholly owned subsidiary model for the deal. This has led it to be short listed in the category of 鈥楳ost Innovative Procurement Model鈥� at the upcoming 2012 Housing Innovation Awards.
