The unit, mounted on a Mercedes Arcos chassis was recently displayed by Putzmeister at The UK Concrete Show in February and is now in service.
The Putzmeister M42-5 has a flexible five-section boom with Roll-Z-folding and no boom overhang. It can pump up to 160 m鲁 of concrete an hour.
It has radio remote control, allowing the operator to open the boom and place concrete inside low headroom buildings, making it suitable for large floor slabs.
