PROPERTY MANAGER - LIMEHOUSE - MON-FRI ONLY - £30-40,000PA

Dove & Hawk are on the hunt for an experienced Property Manager to join a multi award winning professional Estate Agents in Limehouse. This is a fantastic opportunity with a great package for anyone looking to develop their career within property management.

Duties/Functions of the role:

• Managing a portfolio of 100 - 120 AST properties
• Dealing with daily maintenance, urgent works in a competent & timely manner
• Ensuring gas/electrical safety checks are up to date
• Arranging inventories, check in and check outs
• Advising utility companies of meter readings
• Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors, liaising between landlords and tenants
• Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
• Negotiating the return of deposits between landlords and tenants
• Daily correspondence
• Preparation of Tenancy Agreements

Requirements of the role:

• 1 years+ experience working as an AST Property Manager
• Strong attention to detail
• High communication skills both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills
• Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords
• Positive and encouraging attitude
• ARLA qualified (preferred)

Salary Budget: £30,000 - £40,000per annum DOE

Required Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm NO WEEKEND COVER REQUIRED
