Salary: £15-£17 per hour (dependent on experience)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Bench Saw Operative to join their team in Coventry. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company, offering a competitive hourly rate of £15-£17.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain bench saw machinery to cut materials accurately and efficiently.
- Follow technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise cuts.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Assist with general workshop duties and support other team members as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bench Saw Operative or in a similar role.
- Valid CSCS card is essential.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting instructions.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
