Callum comes with a wealth of relevant industry knowledge and experience. He started his career as a Fitter at ECY Haulmark over ten years ago. He then moved to a similar role at Murray Plant. After a successful stint as a Fitter, Callum returned to ECY in a Sales role.
In his new role, Callum will be responsible for growing and improving the Service and Aftersales part of the business.
His technical knowledge of attachments combined with his recognition of what customers out in the field were demanding, made the new role at Worsley Plant particularly appealing to Callum. He knew what customer's expectations were in terms of quality service and back up, and felt that he could develop the role with his first-hand experience.
