This autumn is going to be very busy for the Re-flow team and we couldn't be happier about it!
With lockdown lifting again and face to face events back on the agenda, we have a full calendar of conferences and exhibitions to attend.
Why are events so important to us?
As a company that provides remote working software for the infrastructure industry, it might seem contradictory for us to be so keen to see people face to face at events again. It’s not exactly practicing what we preach is it?
For us at Re-flow, it’s all about trust. We recognise what a big decision taking on a new business system is for our clients and the perceived disruption his can have. Those kinds of conversations are very hard to have in a digital space, so talking it through in person and physically showing people how straightforward it is, can’t be matched online.
Less seeing, more doing
For those who are still considering their options, there’s a never-ending supply of companies on the internet claiming to be ‘the best’ or the ‘the most used’ which can make it really difficult for companies to evaluate their options. That’s why we value events so much, because it gives us the opportunity to show you exactly how our workflow management would work for your company. Reading about it is fine, having a web demo is great, but there’s nothing like holding the devices and experiencing it for yourself.
Getting to know you
One of the greatest strengths our current clients praise Re-flow for, is the time taken to understand the requirements of our customers and the level of support offered to get their system running and optimised for them. Being able to demonstrate every aspect of the software, answer any questions and be confident that we do what we say we can do is essential to us. We’re really proud of our software and there’s no better way to show that then meeting in person for a live demo.
As a UK company, with all development, sales and support and management teams based in our Exeter HQ, we also understand that it is important for potential clients to know that we are here and contactable, not another arm’s length company that you can’t get hold of when you need them.
Highways UK
Our long-term commitment
The last 18 months have been extremely challenging and it’s been easy to lose touch. The world has felt a lot smaller as a result, so getting back out there and putting a face to the name is our way of drawing a line under that. You may have seen us as you’re scrolling around the various industry websites, but taking the time to come to the key events in our industry is our way of showing our commitment to the sector we develop solutions for. Not only does is support the highways and civils business community, but we hope it provides reassurance to our clients and future clients that we are always looking forward at the potential business problems they face and how we can help them solve the issue.
Where are we going to be?
15 Sept- UK Infrastructure Show/Procurex, Birmingham NEC
5-7 Oct- UK Construction Week Civils, Birmingham NEC
7 Oct- Kent Construction Expo, Kent Event Centre
3-4 Nov Highways UK, Birmingham NEC
16-17 Nov Futurescape, London Excel
23-24 Nov Digital Construction Week, London Excel
Landscape show (Autumn 2021, date TBC)
Chances are, if you're in the highways, civils or landscaping sectors, you're going to be at one of these events too! If so, please come along and see us at any of the conferences/exhibitions below for an opportunity for some proper interaction with the software in an uncluttered face-to-face environment.
We hope to see you soon!
